Travel tax refund procedure
If a flight ticket is not used (due to cancellation or no-show), a passenger can submit a claim to recover certain taxes and fees.
In the case of a no-show, taxes are refunded free of charge if the request is submitted online by message from our website’s Contact page
here. If the request is not submitted online, the passenger may be charged a handling fee (up to 20% of the refunded amount).
Note that for cancellations your flight tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline and additional fees may be charged plus a handling fee of €25 per passenger and per leg.
