Complaints and the Ombudsman

To submit a complaint after you have made a booking, please contact us via this form. We will handle your request as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with your response from customer services or do not receive an answer within a month, you can contact the Travel and Tourism Ombudsman whose role is to find an amicable settlement to disputes between consumers and travel operators.
You must submit your complaint with the Travel and Tourism Ombudsman directly on their website using the online form provided or by post in writing to:

The procedure for submitting a complaint is explained on their website. You will receive an answer within 60 days from receipt of your request.
