Am I entitled to take luggage? What is the maximum weight?
Yes but airlines more and more offer very attractive fares that do not include hold baggage. If you absolutely need to travel with one or more bags checked into the hold, we advise you to specify this option on the first search screen.
We recommend you check ticket fares with and without hold baggage to see if there is any difference between prices. Weight allowances can vary greatly between airlines, and your luggage can easily exceed the allowed weight, which can generate additional charges that can be very expensive when charged per kilo! Generally, allow between 18kg and 23kg for each piece of hold baggage.
Regarding cabin bags (carry-on luggage), this is generally included but the allowed weight and dimensions vary from one airline to another.
