My luggage has been lost or damaged during my flight. What should I do?

Under the Montreal Convention of 28/05/1999, here is the procedure to follow if your luggage is lost or damaged:

You are required to file a property irregularity report (PIR) with the relevant service before you leave the airport. Once you have completed and submitted the report, send a copy of the complaint report to the airline.
