When do I receive my e-ticket?
- Step 1: After you make a booking, confirmation is sent to you by email (if you do not receive it, remember to check your junk/spam folder).
- Step 2: We will deal with issuing your flight ticket and will send your electronic ticket (e-ticket) by email within days of you making your booking.
You can also view your booking and access your e-ticket once it has been issued by visiting the “My tickets” page on the Option Way website.
