I didn't take my flight in the end, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. However, you can claim a refund for a small portion of the ticket price equivalent to the airport taxes. Since the Hamon Law was introduced on 13 June 2014, it is now compulsory to refund any taxes paid on any unused journey if a passenger was unable to take a flight for various reasons. This can be applied to the entire journey or a section of the journey not taken (e.g. the return flight) which can be partially refunded (the taxes).
We will refund these unused taxes within 45 days.
